The operator of the personal information of the mobile application "MaktabDG" (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) is the "Republican Center for Information and Communication Technologies" of the Republic of Tajikistan (www.mjtik.tj).
The privacy policy of personal information (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about the User during the use of the mobile application "MaktabDG".
Use of the mobile application "MaktabDG" implies the unconditional consent of the User to this Policy and the conditions for processing their personal information specified herein. If the User does not agree with these conditions, they should refrain from using the mobile application "MaktabDG".
1.1. Within the framework of this Policy, "personal information of the User" means the login and password that the User enters independently when authorizing in the mobile application "MaktabDG".
1.2. This Policy applies only to information processed during the use of the mobile application "MaktabDG". The Operator does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party information systems or computer programs.
1.3. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User and cannot evaluate their legal capacity. However, the Operator assumes that the user provides accurate and sufficient personal information, maintains this information up-to-date, and takes all necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access to this information by third parties.
2.1. The mobile application "MaktabDG" receives and processes only the personal information necessary for User authorization.
2.2. The personal information of the User is received and processed by the mobile application "MaktabDG" for the purpose of User authorization in the mobile application "MaktabDG".
3.1. The confidentiality of the User's personal information is maintained, except in cases of voluntary provision of information by the User for access to certain individuals.
3.2. The Operator has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:
3.2.1. The User has expressed consent to such actions;
3.2.2. The transfer is necessary for the User to use a certain service or to fulfill a certain agreement or contract with the User.
3.3. The Operator processes the personal data of Users in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4.1. The User's personal information is received and stored on the electronic medium of the mobile application for the time necessary for the User's authorization in the mobile application.
4.2. The User's personal information is destroyed upon completion of the User's authorization in the mobile application.
5.1. The Operator takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.
6.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this privacy policy. When changes are made, the current version indicates the date of the last update. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
6.2. This Policy and the relations between the User and the Operator arising from the application of the privacy policy are subject to the law of the Republic of Tajikistan.
7.1. All suggestions or questions regarding this Policy, the User has the right to send to the Operator's user support service.
